The Cabo Delgado Provincial Court, in northern Mozambique, on Wednesday sentenced 11 senior and mid-level civil servants to jail terms of between 16 and 20 years for their part in stealing five million meticais (146,200 US dollars at current exchange rates) from the public treasury in 2006. [
