Maputo Games Team Nation's Optimism v Locals' Pessimism

Few days from now, the 10th All Africa Games would commence in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. The games billed for September 3-18 would see athletes from over 50 African countries battling for laurels in 20 events. Two world's sports spiced with African flavour, wrestling and weightlifting are excluded due to paucity of the required facilities.
