Vetting of Judges Wrong, Says Lawyer Khaminwa

[The Star] Lawyer John Khaminwa has said the vetting of judges and magistrates is morally, legally and constitutionally wrong and will make the judiciary weak. He said the vetting board is an outsider and therefore a trespasser and and has no moral authority to conduct the exercise.
