Uhuru and Ruto Skip Teachers' Coast Meeting

[The Star] The Wednesday's session of the ongoing Secondary School Heads Association annual conference ended prematurely after the scheduled speakers, Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and Eldoret North MP William Ruto failed to show up. The two had been scheduled to address close to 6,000 head teachers at Wwild water's complex in Mombasa with each having a specific topic to talk about.
