Treasury Holding Education Funds - Mutula

[The Star] Treasury is yet to release the seven billion shillings to fund the free education program. Education Minister Mutula Kilonzo says the finance ministry is yet to fulfill the promise it made weeks ago. He says they are ready to disburse the money to schools as soon as treasury release the funds.
