Suspect Denies Sneaking SIM Cards Into Shimo La Tewa Prison

[The Star] A man in his 30s was yesterday arrested at Shimo la Tewa Prison for allegedly trying to sneak SIM cards to his jailed brothers. According to Coast prisons boss James Kodiany, Abas Mohamed was arrested on Wednesday at 4pm with three SIM cards embedded on a bar soap. He was arrested and handed over to the Anti Terror Police Unit in Kisauni.
