Skull Parcel Shock for Bungoma Court Clerk

[The Star] THERE was shock in Bungoma yesterday when a court official received a human skull as a parcel from an unknown person. Robert Etiang, a court clerk at the Bungoma law courts was away from home and had left his house help when a boy aged about 12 years arrived home with a well wrapped parcel he had been given by an unknown passerby to hand over to Etiang's home. The boy did not, however, find Etiang home. His house help kept the parcel.
