Skipped Trip Haunts Council

[The Star]KAKAMEGA municipal councillors have been asked to refund money paid to them for a meeting in Mombasa last week after they failed to attend. Council treasurer Joseph Amenya has written to the councillors giving them seven days to refund the cash failure to which their salaries will be deducted to recover the money.
