Shabbir Protests Construction of Gas Plant in Kisumu

[The Star] KISUMU Town East MP Shakeel Shabbir has opposed a plan to construct a gas filling plant in the constituency. He has asked the Environment ministry and the Parliamentary Committee on Energy not to allow the implementation of the project.
