Roll Over Unspent Funds in Budget

[The Star] SH101.6 billion allocated in the 2011/12 budget has not been spent, a 15 per cent shortfall on projected expenditure. The main shortfall was on development expenditure and net lending with only Sh11.2 billion recurrent expenditure not being spent. The Treasury released its policy statement ahead of this Thursday's budget.
