Polytechnic University Refutes Claims By Ex-Employee On Sacking

The Kenya Polytechnic University College yesterday denied that it wrongfully terminated the services of its former employee. Defending itself in a suit filed at the Industrial Court by Sharah Ochieng, the polytechnic clarified that Sarah's contract was never concretised as it coincided with the period when she was undergoing the disciplinary process following which her employment was terminated.
