ODM to Block Salaries for County Commissioners

[The Star] County commissioners should not earn salaries because their appointments are unconstitutional, Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo has said. Midiwo said ODM will ensure that the budget estimates to be tabled in Parliament next week to allocate funds for the commissioners is defeated.
