MRC and State Must Follow Constitution

[The Star]Yesterday the High Court in Mombasa ruled that a ban on the Mombasa Republican Council was unconstitutional as the state failed to table evidence linking it to unlawful activities. The MRC was formed in 1999 to address the grievances of Coast province but in 2008 started demanding secession.
