MPs Fault Creation of Probe Committee

[The Star] MEMBERS of Parliament have questioned the manner in which the government constituted a committee to probe the helicopter crash that killed Internal Security minister George Saitoti, his assistant Orwa Ojode and four others. The lawmakers claimed that the executive violated the rule of separation of powers by appointing a member of the judiciary into the committee without consulting Chief Justice Willy Mutunga.
