MP Ongoro's Husband 'Has Repaid CDF Money'

[The Star] The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission and the husband of Kasarani MP Elizabeth Ongoro are considering an out-of-court settlement in a Sh1.9 million fraud case involving the Kasarani CDF. Appearing before a Nairobi court yesterday, the MP's husband Masha Kenga through his lawyer John Swaka informed the court that they were considering settling the matter out of court, claiming that he has returned the money.
