Mombasa Levies Decision Postponed

[The Star]Politician Suleiman Shahbal and more than 20 other organisations will have to wait a week longer to know whether they will be forced to pay higher rates imposed by the City Council of Mombasa. The ruling on the suit challenging the new levies imposed by the council was to be made yesterday but it was pushed to July 28 next week. Justice Francis Tuiyot said the matter is complicated and he needs more time in order to study the documents.
