Ministries Withdraw Support for HIV Fund

[Nairobi Star] Plans to create a HIV trust fund have grounded after the two ministries of health withdrew their support. Health ministers Beth Mugo and Prof Anyang' Nyong'o have understandably declined to sign a joint memo that should be presented to the Cabinet by Special Programmes minister Esther Murugi.
