Miguna Should Hand Over PEV Evidence

[The Star]YESTERDAY morning police went to Miguna Miguna's home but he was not there. The Director of Public Prosecutions had asked police to take a statement from Miguna on his allegations that he had evidence implicating Raila Odinga and other leaders in the post-election violence.
