Mathari Report On Suspect Delayed

[The Star] The Mathari Mental hospital has failed to send a medical report of a man who nearly attacked a magistrate at the Makadara law courts about two weeks ago. The medical report is supposed to determine whether the man is fit to take his plea in court. Alfred Mwangi has been in custody for two weeks. He is charged with burning his mother's house on May 19.
