Lobby Group Writes to CJ Mutunga Over Tobiko Case Delay

[The Star] A lobby group has petitioned Chief Justice Willy Mutunga over the delay in determination of a case challenging the suitability of Keriako Tobiko as Director of Public Prosecution. The International Centre for Policy and Conflict wrote to the CJ yesterday protesting of "inordinate delay" in determining the matter despite conclusion of hearings last November. The case filed by Kenya Youth League was instituted last June at the High Court.
