Lari Farmers Urged to Form Saccos to Boost Sales

[The Star]Former Limuru MP George Nyanja has urged residents of Lari to form a sacco to boost a market for their horticultural products. Nyanja said he will revive the three polytechnics in the area blaming MP David Njuguna for allegedly letting the institutions collapse. Nyanja, who is eyeing the Kiambu county governor seat, said Lari is well known for its large scale production of kales, cabbages and potatoes but added that the farmers are yet to enjoy the proceeds of the products.
