Kibunjia Team Endorses Bill

[The Star] NATIONAL Cohesion and Integration Commission boss Mzalendo Kibunjia has welcomed the proposal to empower the President to unilaterally reappoint NCIC members. Kibunjia said his team, unlike others, was thoroughly vetted by Parliament and was not subject to executive influence.
