Kenya Scores Highly in HIV Circumcision Campaign

[The Star] Three out of every ten worldwide circumcisions done to reduce HIV/AIDS prevalence are in Kenya. Maya Harper from UNAIDS says Kenya has done remarkably well in the new campaign to reduce HIV infections. WHO recommended male circumcision as part of HIV prevention programs.
