Judiciary Unhappy With 'Poaching' of Rawal

[The Star] THE judiciary is unhappy with the executive for "raiding" on an already lean court of appeal in appointing Judge Kalpana Rawal on a side-assignment. Judiciary sources told the Star that they do not approve of the appointment of Rawal to head the public inquiry into the fatal helicopter crash last Sunday. The crash claimed the lives of Internal Security minister George Saitoti, his deputy Orwa Ojode two bodyguards Thomas Murimi and Joshua Tonkei and two pilots Nancy Gituanja and Luke Oyugi.
