Judiciary Should Reward Hard Working Staff,Says Lawyer

Judiciary has been asked to consider introducing a method of rewarding its employees who exceed their work target. A lawyer who is seeking to be hired as a high court judge yesterday told the Judicial Service Commission that it is time the Judiciary embraced performance contracting.
