Judge Orders All Police to Go After Philip Moi

[The Star]Retired President Moi's son Philip is running out of option after a judge issued an order directing all policemen in the country to arrest him anywhere they find him. Judge GBM Kariuki yesterday changed an earlier order directing Muthaiga police station chief to arrest Philip and gave the duty to all policemen in the entire country. This order means if any policeman comes across Philip anywhere the country, he or she is under obligation to arrest him.
