Isiolo Locals Urged to Farm

[The Star] ISIOLO DO Rebecca Wakabe yesterday called on residents to venture into farming to meet food demands. She said the communities must learn to diversify their livelihood through farming to avoid dependency. The DO was addressing the public during the launch of Bidii Milling Plant in Isiolo, a new industry meant to serve the region. Rebecca said the communities should consider growing crops that are favourable to the environment.
