Investors Warned Against Building Within 60 Metres of High Water Mark

[Nairobi Star] INVESTORS have been warned against erecting new buildingswithin 60 metres from the high water mark along the coastal line as theywill be demolished. Environment ministry PS Ali Mohamedsaid it is now officially illegal for structures to be set up within the riparianarea after the government passed a bill into law late last year.
