Interest-Free Loans for Uasin Gishu Offenders On Probation

[The Star] UASIN Gishu county probation department has devised a way of empowering offenders in order to better their lives. The programme dubbed 'revolving fund' whose funding is from well wishers has been started to assist the needy offenders who are serving community service engage in income generating activities. Offenders who are on probation can borrow an amount from the account and start their own business which in turn they will repay the initial amount without an interest after their ventures booms.
