Improve FPE, Says Gulf Bank Boss

A Mombasa county governorship aspirant yesterday blasted the education system in the country saying it does not support development. Sheikh Suleiman Shahbal said the Free Primary Education, which was introduced in 2003 by the Narc government, was a noble idea that lacked a good implementation strategy.
