Have Wheels of Justice Begun to Turn?

As Chief Justice Willy Mutunga celebrated his first one hundred days in office, he found time to launch a report evaluating the performance of the country in the Justice and Rule of Law Sector. The report, authored by Professors Patricia Kameri-Mbote and Akech Migai, was supported jointly by the Open Society Initiative for Eastern Africa and the Africa Governance Monitoring and Advocacy Project.
