Hassan Omar Calls for Audit of Security Organs

A commissioner of the Kenya National Commission for Human Rights has said that National Security organs must be subordinate to the public to audit their performance. Hassan Omar Hassan, who was speaking at a security sector public forum hosted by the KNCHR, said that police cannot perform their duties in isolation.
