Gumo Backs One Million Councillors' Gratuity

[The Star] Acting Local Government minister Fred Gumo yesterday supported councillors' demand for Sh1 million each as send-off package after their five-year term.The minister said the councillors deserve the money just like MPs whose package has been approved by Parliament. Gumo promised to take the councillors demand to the cabinet for approval.
