Former AP Deputy Stuns Teso Parents

[The Star] FORMER deputy Administration Police commandant Oku Kaunya stunned parents in Teso on Saturday when he addressed them via Skype technology. Kaunya, the patron of Isegere Toto, said the school took position 150 out of 25,000 schools nationally in 2011 KCPE despite daunting hurdles.
