Firm Takes Kenya Power to Court for Trespass

[The Star] A private company has sued Kenya Power for trespassing onto its property and erecting pylons. Disa Enterprise is seeking compensation of Sh113 million from company saying the high voltage transmission lines installed on its land in Komarock are a health hazard to its employees. The company says its right to clean and healthy environment has been violated by KPLC.
