Elders May Help Judges

[The Star]THE Judiciary has launched a study to look into how traditional dispute resolution mechanisms could be used to solve some disputes that end up in Central province. "It is hoped that such mechanisms will deal with petty crimes that otherwise take up a lot of court time and cost litigants a lot of money and time," said High Court judge Joseph Sergon.
