Disabled's Body Boss in Peaceful Poll Plea

The National Council for the disabled chair Halake Sosso and Mohamed Guleid, the Isiolo county deputy governor aspirant, blamed conflict and road accidents for the increasing number of the disabled. They were speaking when they presiding over a marathon for the blind at Isiolo stadium yesterday.
