Dialogue Over Turkana Oil to Begin Afreash

[The Star] The government will enter into fresh dialogue to resolve disputes over Oil exploration in Turkana. Stakeholders including government officials will meet this week to resolve complaints raised by the Turkana County Council over sharing of revenue from the Oil proceeds. The Council wants 25 percent of the proceeds.
