[The Star] RUMOURS are very dangerous. Once started, they are almost impossible to stop. The June 10 helicopter crash that killed Prof Gorge Saitoti and Orwa Ojode was probably the result of pilot error. The helicopter apparently crashed upside down, a sign that the pilot became disoriented due to poor visibility.
