Common Sense, Not a Degree Is Necessity

[The Star] On Thursday, MPs made a decision to reverse some of the constitutional amendments they had made the previous day. They reinstated the provision in the Elections Act that requires that those seeking positions of MPs governors, senators and president be degree holders.
