Coast Region's Appeal for IDs

[The Star] THE government has been asked to fast-track the issuance of IDs to the Coast region ahead of the general election. Kenya Community Support Centre director Phyllis Muema says 50 per cent of people young people always do not vote due to lack of IDs and voting cards. She said the issue should be urgently addressed.
