Church Security Beefed Up
[The Star]Security was intensified in Meru and Tharaka-Nithi churches yesterday following last week's grenade attack on Garissa churches. Police in uniform and plain clothes manned various churches in the two counties. "We have officers both in uniform and undercover to avert any terror attack in the area and I urge the residents to embrace community policing by alerting the police whenever they spot a stranger in the area," said Imenti Central police boss Silvester Githungo.
