[The Star]The ban on holiday tuition by Education Minister Mutula Kilonzo continues to face criticisms with stakeholders saying the minister should have consulted before issuing the ban. Kenya Primary Schools Heads Association chairman Joseph Karuga yesterday said the minister should have consulted before issuing the ban.
