20 Aspirants Eye Ruto's Eldoret Seat

[The Star] Eldoret North MP William Ruto's constituency has attracted more than 20 aspirants who are seeking to replace him in the general election. The constituency has been proposed to be split into Soy and Turbo. Ruto has declared his interest to vie for the presidency on the URP ticket.
