Ol Pejeta to Build Luxury Homes Within Conservancy

[Nairobi Star] A private wildlife conservancy in Nanyuki has set aside 1,000 acres for construction of a luxury homes estate for sale. Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy plans to build 100 single-storey, 3-5 bedroom housing units dubbed Mt Kenya Wildlife Estate. The development is located on the eastern boundary of the conservancy, about 10Km west of Nanyuki Town.

Bungoma, Teso Offices Blacked Out

[Nairobi Star] GOVERNMENT offices in Teso North, Bungoma South and Central districts have gone without electricity since last Thursday after it was disconnected over unpaid bills. The Kenya Power and Lightning Company took the move to disconnect power after the government delayed in remitting the payments.

Featherless Chicken With Necklace Shocks Nakuru

Three Judges to Hear Election Date Case

Parliament Summons NSIS Chief Over 'Uk Documents'

[Nairobi Star] The intelligence chief risks jail if he fails to appear today before a parliamentary committee as ordered. Michael Gichangi, the Director General of the National Security Intelligence Service, has been ordered to appear before the Parliamentary Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations at 2pm. The committee yesterday issued the summons for Gichangi to appear and warned that they have the powers to invoke Sections 18 and 23 of the National Assembly (Powers and Privileges) Act if he does not show up.

State to Reclaim Idle Oil Blocks - Nyoike
