Youths benefit from plastic arts course
Huambo, Huambo – Fifteen youths are participating since the end of September in the first training course of plastic artists, promoted by local representation of Plastic Artists National Association (UNAP), aimed at encouraging youths to read. In an interview to the press on Wednesday, the provincial official of UNAP, Pedro Hospital, considers as reasonable the number of students, stressing that the course will last 45 minutes and they will be taught basic techniques of painting and drawing. Pedro Hospital said that the training plan includes teaching of basic elementary knowledge on plastic arts, artistic sculpture and cutting. UNAP controls 47 painters in Huambo Province.
