The secretary-general of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Paulo Ferreira, said last Saturday in Luanda that debates at the seminar on "Policies and Strategies for Developing Sports in Angola", held last Friday, surpassed the expectations judging by the number and quality of the contributions.
