Second Phase of Namibe Port Rehabilitation Announced

The Angolan minister of Transport, Augusto Tomás, Friday here announced the conclusion of the first phase of the rehabilitation and modernisation of the Namibe Port, saying preparations are underway for the start of the second phase.
