The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Georges Chikoty, arrived on Wednesday afternoon in Luanda from Johannesburg, where he attended the meeting of Political, Defence and Security Body (Troika) of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC), aimed to analyse the organisation candidacy to the presidency of African Union (AU).
