Reserve Bank may ease obligatory reserves
Angola, Luanda - The banks involved in the process of housing loans can be relieved in the determination of compulsory reserves at the National Reserve Bank of Angola (BNA), said in Luanda, the chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Savings and Credit Bank (BPC), Paixão Júnior. Speaking to the press, at his quality of manager of one of the banks involved in the process, Paixão Junior said that the banks operating the housing loans may also benefit from access to some features considered extraordinary. He said that this mechanism will work like a compensation of the Government, via the BNA and the Housing Development Fund to commercial banks involved in the process.
